Past President Roxanne Ostlund Opens District Rotary Conference

For the second year in a row, our club past president Roxanne Ostlund has served as first day Master of Ceremonies for the Rotary District 5440 Annual Conference, this year held in Fort Collins. According to incoming club president Brenda Laird, Roxanne's performance was "smashing, as usual!" The writeup in the convention program had this to say about Roxanne;
"Roxanne Ostlund has over 28 years experience as a CPA firm partner with proactive tax planning and business coaching. She has taught courses as adjunct, delivered continuing education for CPA's throughout the U.S., edits and pilot tests professional education and has authored two books: The Money Diet and The Graduate--getting started on the right financial foot.
Roxanne received her B.S. and MBA from the University of Wyoming with additional tax studies at the University of California-Berkeley. She is completing doctoral studies at Northcentral University. She is Past President of the Cheyenne Sunrise Rotary Club."
