What a great day to be a Rotarian.  We had an amazing Rotarian gift join us Aug. 27.  Our friend W.M. Stalcup stopped by to say hello from Sedona, AZ along with 21 other members of the club, producing a record turnout in recent memory, over 2/3 of the club's membership!  Little America stepped it up and we had a chance to try ordering our breakfast off a short menu.  It was also great to hear the jingle of change in the basket.  One of our fundraisers happening every week – Change for a Cause.
We had a birthday celebration today at Rotary.  John Keck from the National Park Service came and celebrated the 99th anniversary of the establishment of National Parks.  Attendance in Yellowstone was up 20% this summer and attendance at Devil’s Tower was up 10%.  Phil, Milward and John had something in common – all three were the Directors of the Dept. of State Parks and Cultural Resources. Thought from the President’s desk – get out and enjoy the beauty of what is in front of us.

Quote to inspire today – “Don’t wait for other people to be loving, giving, compassionate, grateful, forgiving, generous, or friendly….lead the way!”

At our next meeting, Sept. 1, we have Wyoming Supreme Court Justice Kate M. Fox speaking on a justice project.  Come join in on the fun – and, please bring your spare change.
