Speaker Randy Bruns, CEO of Cheyenne LEADS, brought Cheyenne Sunrise Rotary up to speed on efforts to attract new business to Cheyenne and the region.

 

According to Randy Bruns: 

 

Cheyenne leads was founded in 1986... the economy was in the tank and we had no one to help - Not State - Not Federal - Not local Government.  The business community said, "We have to do it ourselves."

 

Since 1986, our community has continued to support economic development. 

 

Contributions:

• $7.1 Million from the business community
• $2.1 Million from City and County Government
• $5.9 Million from private donations (P&P - Progress and Prosperity)
