What a great day to be a Sunrise Rotary Rotarian!

Today we welcomed an old friend back to the table and he brought his lovely bride.  Phil Noble and Lynn Birleffi stopped by to have breakfast with us.  What a smile they brought to all of us.

We received a wrap up on the golf tournament from Brenda.  We had a successful tournament and will be able to give a lift to a few organizations in town. Thank you to all who helped make the tournament a success.  A special thanks to Kathy Claywell, Doc Gondalia, Pat Colgan, Kevin Guille, Jason Johnson, Earl King and Brenda Laird.  Way to go committee.

Our speaker today was fellow Noon Rotarian, Lori Schoene.  Lori came and gave us an update on the Cheyenne Regional Air Service.  Exciting news for Cheyenne!  Another flight per day has been added and flights are running 60% full.  Additional parking has been added along with vending machines to ensure passengers flying in and out of Cheyenne has a great experience. Thank you Lori for sharing breakfast with us.

September is approaching and along comes the Thankful Thursday event.  September 26 is the date for our evening.  Please bring booze to the next meeting (not to drink, even if it is 5 O’Clock somewhere) for the wheel barrow and booze.  Additionally, Dorothy has raffle tickets for presell if anyone is interested.

Have a great week!
